We are building the chelsea later this year. We are also looking at dropping the garage floor level. We were just wondering how much MJH charged you to split the garage floor level.
Hi Dean, We didn't choose to drop the garage - we had no choice due to slope in the land.. We dropped it 514mm (6 brick courses)(half a metre) and its actually not too bad.. They charged us $5,360.00 and we still had internal access - it includes two steps up into internal access as well.

So similar pricing to what you guys paid.
